The EB-5 Program permits non-U.S. citizens to apply for permanent resident status in the United States by making a qualifying investment in a new commercial enterprise in the United States. That investment must create ten full-time jobs, directly and/or indirectly. We are actively looking for qualified investments that can help you meet EB-5 Program job creation requirements.
We help you obtain citizenship with the minimum investment
The federal regulations state that investments in targeted employment areas, defined as a “high unemployment area” or a “rural area”, qualify for a lower investment amount of US $500,000, otherwise investors are required to invest at least US $1,000,000. Northern California Regional Center seems to locate all of its projects within such targeted employment areas.
